Board of Selectmen · Meeting of June 2, 2026

NH GRAFTON — Grafton selectmen advance parsonage sale in second public hearing. Chair Ed Grinley and the Board of Selectmen held the second public hearing on the proposed parsonage sale on Turnpike Road, discussing terms of an agreement with buyer Andrew Cushing that would include money, a septic system, water rights, and land to meet the two-acre minimum. The board also approved a $10,500 truck bid from Walter Buckwell and appointed three members to the Recreation Committee: Ed Grinley for three years, Shirley Greenlee for two years, and Angela Albanise for one year.

The parsonage sale is intended to fulfill a 2023 warrant article and would place the property on the tax rolls while preserving a historical building.
