Members Paul Leveille, Steve Darrow, Jean Mitchell, and newly appointed David Rutkowski approved prior meeting minutes and discussed weighting capital project categories. The committee determined it needs additional members from the Planning Board before proceeding with category weighting.
For the May 28 meeting, the committee requested Alan Gove or Sam Falkner discuss 2027 capital planning and beyond.
