NH GRAFTON — Grafton's Capital Improvement Planning Committee met to discuss internal staffing needs and departmental coordination at its March 26 meeting. Committee members Paul Leveille, Steve Darrow, and Jean Mitchell acknowledged that the committee needs additional members before it can assign priority weights to capital categories. The committee has requested that town department heads submit 2026-2027 budget estimates and quotes to support grant funding applications.

Three capital projects already approved by voters—a 10-wheel dump truck, a $40,000 roll-off truck, and a fire station ventilation system—remain on the committee's agenda. The committee is considering resident David Rutkowski for appointment at its next meeting in April.
