Cemetery Trustees · Meeting of May 14, 2026

NH GRAFTON — Grafton Cemetery Trustees appointed Jean Mitchell as bookkeeper and updated cemetery regulations to reflect pricing decisions from December. The board authorized a community member to remove a fallen tree at Razor Hill Cemetery after the volunteer agreed to a volunteer form and New England Forestry guidelines. Mary Gasiorowski, Trustee of the Trust Fund, identified data entry errors and other discrepancies in records for 92 Perpetual Care Trust Fund accounts, prompting the board to conduct a comprehensive review of all records before implementing any changes to how trust fund withdrawals are processed.
