NH GRAFTON — Grafton Cemetery Trustees vote to defer discussion pending legal counsel. The board voted unanimously to engage the town lawyer to navigate conflicting state laws. Trustee Ryan Huff outlined the dilemma: discussion of recently received documents could either require a closed non-public session to protect reputation or an open meeting if the documents pertained to employee discipline.

Huff expressed concern that an incorrect interpretation could expose the town to lawsuits. The meeting lasted two minutes.
