NH GRAFTON — Grafton Cemetery Trustees adopt revised regulations and address records access. The board approved amended cemetery regulations that reassign lot-ownership records to the bookkeeper and town clerk while requiring the Sexton to collect burial documents at graveside. The Sexton position will be classified as a subcontractor compensated via 1099, pending town secretary review.
Trustees Jean Mitchell and Ryan Huff also addressed unauthorized access to the board's filing cabinet, agreeing it should be secured at the Town Office with trustee keys only. The board authorized Sexton Jeff Cogswell to purchase mower repairs and trimmer string.
