NH GRAFTON — Grafton Library board backs director wage increase as restroom petition draws scrutiny. The board unanimously approved a $21.18-per-hour wage for Director Jason, effective retroactively to January 1, 2026. The library finished 2025 under budget by $187.

Trustees fielded a resident-petitioned warrant article for $55,000 toward a library restroom but expressed concerns that the proposal lacked professional planning and cost estimates. Trustees will seek estimates for basement window repairs and plan to explore remote temperature monitoring.
