NH GRAFTON — Grafton Planning Board corrects a title error and advances subdivision review. The board unanimously approved a $30 purchase of updated regulations materials from the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission and voided a lot merger from January 2026 that had incorrectly referenced property book 810 instead of 1810, with a formal letter to be registered at the county office. In new business, the board reviewed a conceptual design from Eckman Engineering to split a 4.58-acre Whitney Pond Road parcel into two 2.29-acre lots and referred the project to the town attorney for guidance on private road specifications before advising the applicant of the board's findings.
