The committee, which includes Sara Hogue, Vanessa Grinley, and Michelle Riordan, planned food and baked goods for sale to benefit the recreation department, with Riordan volunteering to make cookies and Grinley committing to create a promotional flyer. The committee also noted that the recent Grafton Games generated $140 in donations, including proceeds from 28 racers, and discussed ways to make the annual Christmas Party more inclusive.
