NH GRAFTON — Grafton Trustees of the Trust Funds approved the Three Bearings year-end investment packet and signed the Investment Policy. The board, composed of Deb Clough, Karen A. Johnson, and Mary Gasiorowski, reconciled the Mascoma Bank Kilton Fund account and directed Cemetery Trustees to issue future lot-sale checks payable to "Grafton, NH" rather than "Town of Grafton." A ten-thousand-dollar Highway Department Capital Reserve Fund distribution intended for a plow truck was returned after the vehicle was sold.
The trustees relocated regular meetings to the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM, with the next session scheduled for April 8.
