NH GRAFTON — Trustees of the Trust Funds conduct routine reconciliation and shift schedules. Deb Clough, Karen A. Johnson, and Mary Gasiorowski reconciled the Kilton Fund checking account, approved the year-end packet from custodian Three Bearings, and signed the Investment Policy.
The trustees processed a $10,000 return to the Highway Department Capital Reserve Fund after the intended plow truck purchase was cancelled. They also adopted a new monthly meeting schedule of the second Wednesday at 11 a.m. and corrected a procedural error requiring future fund checks be made to "Grafton, NH" rather than "Town of Grafton."
