NH GRAFTON — Grafton library trustees approve Saturday hours pilot. The six trustees present voted unanimously on June 18 to extend Saturday operating hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., eliminating a two-hour afternoon closure requested by Library Director Jason. The move addresses weekend service gaps while the library seeks a substitute assistant at $17.51 per hour, a position that remains unstaffed.
Trustees also installed a self check-out system for patrons when substitutes cover the desk and tabled decisions on potential Meetinghouse lease options pending additional research and clarification from multiple parties.
